Huge 25 Mexican Un Silver Peso Coin Lot. [1918 to 1958] 40 Years of Pesos!
Lot dates from
1918-1919 (KM# 454),
1920 to 1945 (KM# 455)
,
1947-1948 (KM# 456),
1950 (KM# 457),
1957 100th Anniversary of Constitution, (KM# 458)
, and the first
two
coins of
the last silver circulation peso,
1957-1958 (KM# 459).
The 1949 Un Peso is rare and was not released into general circulation, so it is not here.  It is out there with a heavy price tag!
Since Ebay's 12 pictures will not suffice, anyone serious about bidding, I will send all the pictures
I have taken, obverse and reverse of each coin.
The 1918-1919 Pesos-80% silver. Both of these are circulated but in VF-EF condition.
The 1920 to 1945 Pesos-72% silver.  With the exception of the 1920 coin (AU), the rest are
pretty much Uncirculated.
The 1947-1948 Pesos-50% silver.  Both are Uncirculated.
The 1950 Peso, a one year Type-30% silver. Unc.
The 1957 Peso (Anniversary Coin)-10% silver, strong AU.
The 1957-1958 Pesos-10% silver. Unc.
If you are not familiar with the Peso from 1918 to 1945, it was not minted every year.
Years of no Pesos Minted-1928 thru 1931 (Probably the Depression) 1936-37, 1939,
1941-42.
