    Description

    The 1995-Mo Mexico 50 Nuevo Pesos Ninos Heroes Bi-Metallic Silver coin graded MS66 by NGC (Top Pop - 1 of only 2).  The coin was minted at Casa de Moneda de Mexico, the oldest in the Western Hemisphere.  The obverse features the Boy Cadet Heroes of the Battle of Chapultepec are accompanied with the legend “NIÑOS HÉROES” and surrounded with a decorative wreath and the facial value.  The reverse features the national emblem (eagle with a snake in its beak on a cactus), with a wreath below and the inscription “ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS” (United States of Mexico) above.
