Vtg French Sun Downers Snow Googles Red/White/Blue Ski Snowboarding Snowshoeing!
ESTATE FIND!! You are bidding on not one, but TWO great pair of vintage snow goggles that were likely made in the 1970s. Made in France, these early goggles feature a red, white and blue adjustable straps which reads “SUN DOWNERS.”They feature dual lenses, a yellow one and a brown one on top of each other. Also vented for anti-fog action. They might be very early goggles, as they are marked “PATENT PEND” so the patent number had not been issued yet.
Condition is “Pre-owned”. Overall in good used condition, with normal signs of wear/use. Lens have some wear as well, including a 1” crack above the nose piece on one pair. Foam is surprisingly intact given age, not degraded as you would expect. Please review all pictures which are part of the description...selling as-is.
