Does not appear to be working. I have no idea how this would actually work. Consider this for repair or parts. Measures about 2 3/4" high with bale, about 2" across and about 20.58mm deep. Surface scratches to the metal. Toning to the dial as pictured. Makers stamp on the works is a compass and LG or GL as pictured.
