Description
ANTIQUE STERLING THIMBLE
Lovely antique sterling silver sewing thimble measuring about 13/16" tall and 3/4" wide. Featuring a simple embossed panel pattern around the border with stippled finish, it is marked 12 on one side and bears the SIMONS BROS. hallmark on the thimble interior with STERLING SILVER very faintly stamped on the inside end as well.
Dating early 1900s, condition is lovely with no dents or damage - it is not out of round - very lightly polished. Just a lovely antique thimble - fun addition to any collection or display!
