Created for customers demanding an all-inclusive blast nozzle system, the Beckett 836 Blast Nozzle System comes with all parts necessary for blasting. The line-less 7 1/4" Blast Tube with Nozzle Line-Less Head assembly is a replacement 836 model offering significant performance and cost savings over the standard 836 blast tube. The blast nozzle is designed exclusively for use with 1-3/8" liner-less head assemblies and will not work with liner-type head assemblies.
The Beckett 836 blast tube with nozzle line-less head is built to be the most portable and powerful line-less blast hose available. This complete blast system includes a line-less whip/blast hose, flexible nozzle head, shut off nozzle, pop on spurter, and accessory adapter. The 7 1/4” diameter blast hose with external spring mounts allows the blast hose to slide easily over the end of a gun while maintaining a low profile and a balanced feel when connected. The
The Beckett 836 Blast tube with nozzA;le is designed to be used as a direct replacement system for your existing 7 1/4" blast tube. This product does not include the head, only the blast tube and nozzle line.
The 7.25" BLAST TUBE utilizes an integrated blast nozzle with the LineLess technology created to ensure superior performance and optimal functionality for your cleaning applications. The nozzle can be easily replaced as needed with a simple twist of the nozzle lock knob. Also, the nozzle has been designed so that it fully opens or closes when releasing pressure. This feature insures that the blast stream can be reliably turned on or off until you’re ready to work.
This low pressure blast tube and nozzle line-less hose head allows you to strip, clean and profile all water blasting lines in tanks, towers, vessels, and other process equipment. It works with any licensed contractor who is using a service nozzle or stainless steel supply line that must be installed by a licensed contractor. This blast head is a high quality head designed for general blasting and light welding applications. It has a 1/2" gas connection and 7 1/4" Blast tube length.
