Benton Spruance Signed Lithograph "Newton Towers" In Buck's County 10.5" X7 5/8"

Description

On offer, we have a signed print by Benton Murdoch Spruance (1904-1967). This stone lithograph is a farm scene in Buck's County Pennsylvania with the village church in the background. The artist's initials are in the print and the artist's signature is in pencil on the bottom. On thick off-white paper, this measures 12" X 9 3/4" with the image 9 3/4" X 8". The back is clean.
We believe this in excellent vintage condition. The print is bright, bold, clean and clear. The back has tape residue at the top where this was once mounted. It has been handled over the years and has a few light wrinkles. As I am not an expert on art, please see my photographs for more description.
This is from my friend who collects everything and is starting to part with a few of his treasures.
