It worked well removing tarpaper from my pine bathroom floors. It is too large for some vacuum shrouds on angel grinders. But I love it.

I used this product to remove 'Olympia rescue it' paint I applied several years ago. The disc is rigid and because old deck boards are bowed or cupped shaped it is very difficult to remove the paint. You have to tilt the disc to reach the hard places. The biggest problem is avoiding the deck screws which will ruin your blade. You have to take the time to drive the screws deeper usually by hammering. After using the disc for a while you will get proficient with how to hold the angle grinder. Be sure to use a grinder that has 10 amp capacity because a 7 amp grinder will probably burn up. The key thing to do is to avoid applying pressure on the disc and let the weight of the grinder do the work. Wear knee pads or use a foam boards.to rest your knees on.
