Garamond , a French publisher and punch cutter from Paris , created visual forms that were embraced for two hundred years  .  His work not only paved the way for other punch cutters but he altered the industry . The portrait was done by artist William Sharp ( 1900 -1961 ) ca.1920s - 1930s Birth place : Lemberg , Austria  ( now L 'vov Ukraine ) . frame size is 13 x 11 ... Etching size is approx. 8 x 6 .
