EARTH ANCHOR HAND TOOL FOR INSTALLING MOBILE HOME ANCHORS -
This is an earth anchor installation hand tool for manually installing double head, spiral helix, mobile home earth anchors.  This tool is specifically designed for use with earth anchors that have a double head bracket with two strap bolts located at the top of the anchor.  This earth anchor tool attaches to the earth anchor with the strap bolts.  Then a 1-1/8” socket wrench can be fitted onto the anchor tool in order to turn the anchor into the ground.  This earth anchor hand tool is new and has been tested for strength and functionality.
The time required to install earth anchors by hand depends on the length of the anchor, and the type and condition of the soil.  In normal soil conditions, it's possible to turn an earth anchor into the ground by hand in 15 minutes or less. Solid clay is more difficult, but this tool has been tested in clay soil.  This tool has also been tested in partially frozen ground by digging a starter hole first, then inserting the anchor.  If there are large roots or rocks in the way, then insert the anchor a few inches left or right.
