    DESCRIPTION: This auction is for a letter from Arthur Kovalovsky to Colonel Frank Hodges, Kansas City, Missouri. The Colonel wrote to Arthur wanting to trade him a Newton .246 Rifle for a 9/o Kovalovsky Reel. Arthur discusses why he cannot make the trade and sends this letter back to the Colonel with a counter offer and the clipping attaches to the letter with a paper clip in the upper left hand corner of the letter. The letter is simply wonderful and reveals the "horse trader" instinct of Arthur. A great piece of fishing memorabilia that will certainly stand out in any collection. I am offering this letter with NO RESERVE. Good Luck!
