pattern in the
" CRYSTAL "
color. The
AMERICAN PATTERN ( LINE NO. 2056)
was produced by
FOSTORIA GLASS CO.  AMERICAN
was introduced in the year of 1915 and it was still in production during the eighties before the
FOSTORIA
.
doors were closed forever.  Since its beginnings,
AMERICAN
has remained a favorite, if not the most popular glass pattern sought after by glass collectors everywhere.
Here I am presenting a gorgeous set of three top hats or toppers.  The hats are flat.  They have flared sides.  In the group there is a large hat, a medium size hat and a small hat/ashtray.  FOSTORIA  produced four different sizes of these hats.  I have the extra large hat also on EBAY now.  TAKE A LOOK AND OWN ALL FOUR SIZES PRODUCED BY FOSTORIA.  This group of hats is getting to be " DIFFICULT TO FIND "
