It says a/p 9/17. I think it's valuable.
Frame size: approx. 46 cm x 46 cm
Print size: approx. 31 cm x 30 cm
The frame is gold with a modern feel.
It is heavy and very firm.
Born in Tokushima Prefecture in 1926. He studied at Tokushima Normal School (present Tokushima University). 48: Studied at Tokyo University of the Arts as a researcher dispatched from Tokushima Prefecture. In 57, he won the Onchi Prize at the Japan Print Association Exhibition and was recommended for membership in 58. He received the Shell Fine Arts Award in 59, the Grand Prize at the Northwest International Art Exhibition in 65, and the top prize at the Sao Paulo Biennale in 67. He became a professor at Tama Art University in 69 and established the printmaking department in 92. 89: Received the Medal with Purple Ribbon. In 94, he became the president of the Japan Print Association, and in 2004, he became the president of the Japan Artists Federation. He is currently an honorary member of the Japan Print Association. a modern art member
