    KANSAS TURNPIKE
    One of the world's most beautiful and modern
    superhighways.  There are no rail or highway
    grade crossings, stop lights or few of the hazards
    encountered on regular traffic-jammed highways.
    Color Photo:  Zercher Photo Inc., Topeka, Kansas
    The card was written on and mailed.  It was postmarked in Wichita in 1965.  It does not have a postage stamp, but it is stamped "POSTAGE VERIFIED".  It was mailed to Mr. A.L. Haines in Independence, Missouri.
    It does have some condition issues.  As you can see in the scans, there has been some ink that has bled onto the back.  It looks like something wet was laid against the back of this card, but it did not bleed onto the front.  There are bumped corners and small creases.
