The Vollrath FTA1036 medium-duty gas griddle features a 36" wide cooking surface with a depth of 27". The cooking surface is made of a polished 3/4" thick steel for even heat distribution. The thermostatically controlled, flat-top, gas griddle is equipped with three controls, creating three 12" wide cooking zones.
