Italian Hand Made Fruit Soup Tureen, made for Neiman Marcus

Beautiful hand made Italian Soup Tureen. On the bottom, it says "Hand Made in Italy for Neiman Marcus."
Both bottom and top have a number 46 on them. No other information about who made/designed it.
The top/lid has an array of fruit. Measures 9-10" high, 7-8" wide, 11-12" wide.
One owner, never used-- just as decoration. Purchased in the 1990s.
