    The artist, William D'Emilio (1923-2003) of Philadelphia, was a draftsman.   One of his many hobbies was creating detailed pencil drawings of non-copyrighted photos of trains, boats, planes and trolley cars and the Philadelphia Art Museum and Water Works.
