Return Policy:
Accidents can happen and hopefully this does not occur, but if it does and your package arrives damaged, please take a couple of pictures of the damage (very important for insurance). Keep all the original packaging and email me immediately.
To receive a refund you must:

Notify me within 7 days of receiving the item. A reference number must be obtained for an item before you can return it. Any items returned without a reference number will be refused.
The item must be in it's original condition with the original box and accessories.
Items that are returned that show improper use, improper handling, physical damage, missing parts or accessories will NOT be refunded.
We charge a 20% restocking fee (total purchase price) for returned items.
The buyer will be responsible for all returned postage and insurance.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel with insurance for the value of the items and a signature confirmation is also suggested. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and not refundable.
