but is listed or identified as platinum by the original manufacturer directly on the box
, perhaps they mean the reflective properties or even a typo.... just figured I'd also mention this and disclose it is more of a red color than a platinum color.
-no size listed, but it is for adults, with adjustable head strap that also stretches
-item weighs approx 6oz, so they are very light
-lens is probably polycarbonate or similar material

-no manufacturing defects. defect is described as some super faint and minor wipe scratches you'd get from removing smudges, finger prints, and/or any light lint or dust from any similar style lens
-wipe marks or "scratches" seem to be more on the inside of the lens and were from wiping with provided cloth pouch, which was noted as ideal for lens cleaning directly on the pouch's tag
-I could not get the scratches or wipe marks to show up on the camera, so just know they are there when you receive this item
-scratches and wipe marks are inevitable for this style of lens
-smoke free and is as clean as a new open box item can be
