This Neck & Wrist Restraint is a unique BDSM accessory that can be worn across the chest or back, depending on your preferences. A soft, sturdy Velcro-closure neoprene collar connects to a wide nylon band, studded with four D rings on each side, which drapes down the wearer's body. An included pair of neoprene Velcro closure cuffs can be attached at any point, when paired with a snap hook or tie (sold separately).
