    New Leather Boot Suspension Cuffs
    This is a pair of new Leather Boot  Cuffs. Been stored since the 1990's and never used. They do have bends from poor storage but are fully functional. I believe they are from a company named Leather Underground but again , not positive. They are well made with stiched edges and riveted straps. Leather is supple with naturally no wear. Each cuff has two D rings. They were dusty and could use a good cleaning.
