    .  Newton Earp (1837-1928) was the older brother of Wyatt, Virgil, and Morgan Earp, the three frontier law officers who were involved in the famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral in Tombstone, Arizona in 1881.
    RARE DOCUMENT SIGNED TWICE BY NEWTON EARP, THE OLDER BROTHER OF WYATT, VIRGIL, AND MORGAN EARP WHO WERE INVOLVED IN THE FAMOUS GUNFIGHT AT THE O.K. CORRAL
    Rare document signed twice by, “N.J. Earp,” issuing a subpoena as a constable for the state of Kansas, measures 8.5 by 3.5 inches, created in Garden City, Ford County on October 22, 1883, and in near fine condition with minor staining.
