I bought it at an estate auction in Ohio, I don't know what year it was done, I don't know very much about the pencil drawing. The hole frame measures 17" X 20", The picture measures 10 1/2" x 13 1/2". It has museum quality Glass, frame is a good quality frame, glass is tight, no tears in the backing, I don't see any damage.
