It does power on when plugged in
Other than that, I am in the dark
It could work perfectly, it could have flaws.
I am not listing this for parts because I have tested it and know that it has flaws
I am listed it for parts because again, all I know is it powers on and that is all
If you could use it for parts, if you could repair it if anything is wrong with it, or you are willing to gamble that it may work great....this listing may be for you!
Again, to be 100% transparent I plugged it in, it powers on...beyond that no other testing performed which is why it is listed for parts
