:I don't have the availability to test the product, There is no way for me to open the product and test it and still call it "new", therefore I have discounted this item dramatically prior to listing it. With that being said, I don't open the product and smell it, test it or know if the product has settled, separated or has lost some of its smell. So I discount prior to listing on ALL of these products incase any of these circumstances should arise. I purchase from a wide variety of  Retired PR Consultants, I don't know the history of each item.
*Ebay has changed their policy on this Pure Romance (Adult) category and they DO NOT ALLOW ANY RETURNS - PERIOD.  Unfortunately due to the recent raise in shipping costs I cant afford to stay competitive with pricing AND PAY for your return shipping if you are not happy.
