Hand Signed by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Royal Pardon, Dated 1983.  An attractive and very hard to find impressive, Hand Signed Royal Pardon by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Dated 1983.  The Document was issued at St James Palace in London  Given, Royal Pardon to David Leslie Silvester for being found guilty of keeping a motor vehicle on a public road without a valid excise licence.  A Queen Elizabeth II hand signed signature, which is bold and very clear to top right hand side, with a very impressive Red Royal embossed wax Seal to top left hand side.  The document is also countersigned to the reverse by the Home Secretary at the time Mr Leon Brittan.  Royal Pardons are highly collectable and having Queen Elizabeth II upon one are rarer to find  Queen Elizabeth II is the longest Royal Reigning Monarch to have sat upon the British Throne.  100% Original, buy with confidence.
