- The place this came from bought a lot of equipment. I sold the Crown amps locally and some other rack equipment (DBX and Denon) though I have 1 or 2 more Im not sure what they do. I was told this was never put into use but I have no way to know for sure, but if you want me to go through the menu and something in there will show history or any info, please ask. I listed as Open Box as it has zero signs of wear. Not a rub or fingerprint and I pulled the plastic film off of the screen. If anyone wants me to plug it in and run any test or take pics of any screen displays, just ask. Its in the box with power cord, all 3 books and all packing so it can ship as it was intended in its own box.
Based on the popular Roland VS-1880, the VS-1824CD is a complete 18 track tabletop recording studio with 288 Virtual Tracks, 28-channel automated digital mixing and onboard effects - including COSM¬ Guitar Amp and Microphone Modeling, plus a Mastering Tool Kit.
It's also the first portable V-Studio to include an internal CD-RW drive for easy data backup, creation of audio CDs and direct import of loops into tracks and has a 10Gb hard drive
Though capable of playing 18 tracks at mixdown, the VS-1824CD can record up to 288 tracks per project using “Virtual Tracks.” So whether trying alternate takes and solos, or “comping” the perfect vocal track, you’ll never run out of space. And with 28 channels of automated digital mixing with Scene recall, you can create polished mixes just like the pros.
The VS-1824CD includes effects ranging from dynamics, EQ, reverb and delay to chorus, flanger, Voice Transformer, COSM Guitar Amp Modeling and more. And with COSM Mic Modeling—now optimized for the AKG C 3000B—you can use a variety of studio microphones without having to own them all! Want more effects?
