Any customs charges, duties or tariffs will be your responsibility.  On International shipments, First Class International and Priority International do not include a tracking number, just the Customs number.  Unfortunately, USPS can only monitor international shipments to the point they leave the United States.  Priority Express International is the only service that includes a tracking number.
