Usage:
Ensure that the equipment is normal and the suction cup is not damaged and leaking.
The vacuum pressure plate of the suction cup is in the up state, put the equipment on the working surface, press down the pressure plate to make the suction cup in the suction state.
Ensure that the distance between the equipment and the working surface is more than 5 mm for easy adjustment.
The suction cup and working surface can be cleaned before use and can be removed-some debris that may cause adsorption failure.
After the suction cup is adsorbed to the working surface, the splicing of the plates is adjusted at a stable speed. If the working surface is large, two splicers must be used for splicing at the same time. If it is not possible to operate at the same time, small adjustments should be made to each device at a time to avoid lateral movement of the suction cup and the working surface.
When splicing small plates, you must ensure that they are on a level surface and do not block each other.
When connecting for the first time, keep it for one minute, check and tighten again after the minute. It needs to be repeated 2 times to ensure that the plates are repeatedly connected.
