increase in the number of damaged shipments with USPS. PLEASE NOTE: I ship each order via Priority Mail with insurance to protect myself AND you, the buyer. I cannot issue a refund for damaged shipments unless I am able to file a claim with the USPS. In order to do that, I will need pictures of the shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials and damaged items. Even then, the USPS may send a letter asking you to take the shipping box and damaged items to your local post office. PLEASE HANG ON TO ALL ITEMS UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM ME THAT THE CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED OR YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.
