I have ONLY ONE size black Heavy Duty tube AS SHOWN #1.  4" X 31 ½ outside measurement.  The round cardboard edge is 2/8" wide.

These tubes are
heavy duty
and constructed very well.  Tubes weigh  2+ to 3 lbs.  Tube is used and in excellent condition.  Tubes might show a slight ding in the round top or a small white smudge mark or  the chrome end cap will show usage. Nothing major. I will attach your shipping label on the tube where you open it up with USPS Tape,Ebay or just regular 2" packing tape and this might take some of the black finish off when you remove the label.  I would suggest using a razor blade and cut off around the label and leave the tape on the tube.
If you want me to wrap a tube in craft paper then their is an extra  .00 Charge per tube as these are large.
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 the highest I would rate these around a 8 1/2 to 9. Choose your length to store house plans,maps, or just mailing something out.
