• Product Description: The PCM-800 is a Digital Audio Recorder designed for use in a variety of professional applications. It records 8 channels of digital audio data on a standard Hi8 video cassette tape which is compact and easy to handle. When the optional DABX-801 Interface Board is installed in the PCM-800, the PCM-800 can synchronize with a VTR, other digital audio machines and analog audio machines, based on SMPTE/EBU time code. The optional RM-D800 Remote Control Unit functions as the heart of a production system of digital/analog and audio video tapes. It allows you to control up to six PCM-800s. The RM-D800 also supports RS-422 interface.
• Warranty Stickers: The item will be sent with Seller’s warranty sticker (s) (each has an original group of numbers) or two affixed to the outside of unit that prevents it from being opened up (foil seal will be broken). If the sticker is removed or tampered with, the item will not be considered in the same condition as sold, and no returns will be made. If you are having trouble with the item after receiving and testing it, please contact Seller right away. Also, if the serial number is modified or removed, the item will not be considered the same item as listed.
Condition:
• This item is in pre-owned condition. The item has some light wear and light small scuffs on the unit from use and handling but is in overall good condition.
There is some very light rusting, on some of the metal screws and parts in the rear of unit, but this does not affect functioning. Please view photos in this listing for best details of the condition, which are actual photos of the item being sold and not stock footage.
