Well-known work of Czechoslovakian artist Tavik Frantisek Simon ... Antique Aquatint Etching, Signed, Limited edition (showing as #30), c. 1913, Brittany Street Scene in Auray, France. Known as "Nocturne in Auray, Brittany", an early evening cityscape scene in northern France....one of his earlier works. Size is 16" x 12", which is larger than most of his etchings and is in a 24x20 wood frame. Frame has some defects and  blemishes., and note that there is  a water stain on the piece near an upper corner shown in a photo here. This is catalogued a piece #179 in a book by A. Novak called " Catalogue Raisonne of the Graphic Art of Tavik Frantisek Simon " published in the 1930s in Paris. Ships to Continental U.S. (lower 48) only.
