Tascam Digital PortaStudio 564 - Powers On

Description

It powers and records but won't play.   The shuttle will advance the time, but it won't play. I haven't used it in years and pulled it out with the intention to sell it. It wouldn't take a disk and I had to replace the belt on the eject mechanism. I cleaned the pots, transferred some old recordings off it no problem. Then i was going to make a video for the listing and found that it wouldn't play all the sudden.
