Tascam FW-1082 - Powers up Sliders Lights Work

Tascam FW-1082 Professional Control/Mixer Surface Audio Interface comes with power supply. Powers up and all lights go on then minimal testing as follows:
When buttons pressed this is what happens:
1. Pressing midi control makes all sliders go to top,
2. pressing computer makes all sliders go to bottom,
3. pressing mon mix only 1 slider goes up. 4. Pressing midi control makes 1 and 1 sliders go up down.
4. All knobs turn smoothly - all buttons clean
Missing slider knobs lower left of panel and 1 knob on Pan aux 4/8. Comes with tascam power supply ac adapter. No cracks or damage to board.
