    Description

    Listing is for a Tascam MiniStudio Porta One analog recorder. This device was given a quick test to verify that it turns on and plays/rewinds a cassette. I tested the first channel by attaching it to the 'Tape' input, and tweaking the dials. The EQs seem to be smooth, but the pan dial and gain slider experience crackling when adjusting, which stops once the dial isn't moving any more. The test cassette that came with this device does have compression issues on the original audio. The 'REW' and 'PAUSE' switches are unresponsive. Please bear this in mind.
