IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: we offer economy domestic shipping on all of our greeting cards and postcards. The economy shipping option is via USPS First Class Letter rate, which does not include tracking. You will see a reference # in the tracking field that shows proof of shipment only, but you will not see movement of the package through the mail system. We have been using this method for over 4 years and we rarely have issues, and we sell hundreds of cards every month. A 3 ounce USPS First Class Package with tracking costs over .00 to ship, whereas the letter rate is always a couple dollars cheaper, so it saves you money! If you prefer tracking, choose USPS First Class Package at checkout for the additional postage fee. Either method has been averaging 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If you purchase 3 or more cards valued at .99 each or above, shipping is automatically upgraded to a USPS package with tracking info. Expedited shipping is available as a choice at checkout, and delivery is within 2 to 3 business days.
Welcome to The Charity Chick! We are in the process of uploading a large selection of postcards, including RPPCs and most pre-1940s, along with some more modern chromes. New postcards will be added weekly, so check our store often for updates.
A Note About Postcard Dating: We research each card to determine its date of manufacture. We use several different methods and resources to do this, and if a date cannot be determined (which is not too often), a guesstimate with a ? will be noted in the title. Keep in mind that a postmark is not always accurate. We have found cards with postmark dates several decades later than the manufacture of the card. Postmark dates are helpful, but other criteria such as content, back style, stamp used, publisher info, etc. must all agree with the postmark date for that to be used. Circa, or a c. or c before a date means it is a close estimate.
Please know we ship your card in rigid mailers for protection during shipping to keep your card looking its best for giving! If you have any questions, just send us an email. We would be happy to help.

Payment Policy
We accept eBay managed payments, which means you can pay with any preferred method you choose! Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. If something comes up and you need more time, or if you've changed your mind, please let us know. A NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS: we love to have you shop at The Charity Chick, but please be aware that any customs fees and/or taxes on purchases are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
As an eBay seller with 100% positive reviews, we stand behind the items we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped for a full refund. If damage during shipment has occurred, please notify us as soon as possible so that a claim can be started. Refunds may take up to 5 days to process, but are usually immediate upon receipt of returned item.
Shipping Policy
Take advantage of our quick, no-cost or low-cost shipping on most items. Orders paid before 4 PM (CDT) weekdays & 11 AM on Saturday will usually ship the same day, and always within 24 hours. We appreciate your prompt payment. Economy shipping will usually take from 2 to 6 business days to arrive, standard shipping 2 to 4 business days, and expedited will usually take 2 to 3 business days. Items valued at more than 0 or fragile items are insured at no extra cost to you!
