In Regards to Shipping: my first rule is to pack it like I would like to receive it myself,The boxes I use are recycled and I try to use the right size box or envelope with every order, While I state "economy shipping" I will use the best possible option for shipping which is typically first class/priority for small items and parcel post/FedEx (ground/home) for larger Items
