This comes from surplus at a local university.  It was working when pulled from service a few years ago.  Powers up and everything appears to work as it should.
Please read the description carefully.
If you do not see a part to an item pictured, such as a bowl, remote control, instruction manual, etc, then it is not included.  I will show a picture of everything included.  Sometimes, I don't know enough about an item to know that pieces are missing, and the item does not include everything that you think it does.  I would never do it intentionally.  All of my listings include pictures of the actual item being sold.  No stock pictures.

Because of a change in policy I will no longer be offering any returns/refunds.  I can not support a 30 day return policy.  Most of my items are used and many are vintage items.  Retail stores do not even allow a 30 day return.  All items are sold as is, no returns.
