    Description

    Vintage Sterling Thimble is hallmarked with a symbol inside a shape that looks like an 8 inside an acorn as photographed. It is not marked sterling but tests sterling silver using the acid test method. There is a 10 stamped on the outside. This may be the thimble size. It is 7/8" tall and has a diameter of 11/16" across the bottom of the thimble. It weighs 5.8 grams. Beautiful pattern.
