    Description

    The Vulcan MSA48 is a 48" gas, heavy duty griddle. The griddle features a 1" thick polished steel griddle please and has one embedded snap-action thermostat for each burner. Temperature adjusts from +200° to +550°F and (4) U-shaped burners each use 27,000 BTU. The griddle is constructed of a stainless and aluminized steel body frame with stainless steel front, sides, and six quart grease drawer that measures 67/8"Wx30"Dx21/2"H. Available in natural or LP gas with manual ignition. 11" low profile cooking height on 4" adjustable legs. Over dimensions of 48"Wx311/2"Dx151/2"H including 4" legs. 480 lbs.
