Zoom H5 Handy Recorder. This is a used item; however, it is in great shape. Cosmetically, as seen by the photos as well as the functions, it is in excellent condition.
The built-in Mics and both XLR/TRS combo jacks work with phantom power if needed.
It comes with a plastic carry case and a 32 GB Sandisk SD card. The maximum capacity for this model is 32GB.
This can be used as a USB audio interface as well. Works great with OBS and other software.
